By using Sooky, you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

Sooky is for parents and guardians aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are using the app on behalf of a child in your care.

Sooky provides developmental stage maps, activities, and guidance to help parents support their child’s learning across language, math, and other dimensions. The content is informational and educational in nature.

Sooky is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or educational advice. If you have concerns about your child’s development, please consult a qualified professional.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

You may only create one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.

You agree not to:

• Use Sooky for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from Sooky without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content

All content in Sooky — including stage descriptions, activities, illustrations, and copy — is owned by Sooky or its licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

Sooky is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Developmental stage guidance is based on general research and is not tailored to any individual child’s specific needs or circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sooky will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any content within it.

You may stop using Sooky and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sooky after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
